Reconstruction of Sports School on sports gymnastics named by Larisa Latynina (Obninsk city).

Reconstruction of the Center for preparation of an Olympic reserve on sports gymnastics name by Larissa Latynina was carried on from January until November 2007 on the basis of an existing building of the sports hall which have attached premise of administrative destination. PJSC “Technoliga” performed functions of the technical customer. The project provided re-planning and reconstruction of an existing building with re-planning of premises of an administrative part and construction of the attached buildings.
Thus it was foreseen replacement of a roof and front warming of external walls as “ventilated front systems” with replacement of joiner's products, window blocks (on to metal-plastic), floors, heating system, furnish and installation of pendant ceilings, an extension of additional volume of a hall with increase on length (12х36м) for installation of gymnastic hole, spectator places (tribunes) and staircases, and also construction of 3-level building volumes (14х36м) with necessary auxiliary premises.
High-quality modern materials were applied for internal furnish of premises: paints “Caparol”, “SadenMatLuck” made by German company DZHOBI (for furnish of a bottom of walls in corridors and a hall), tiled and lath false ceilings, ceramic and ceramic-granite (for floors) tiles.
For external furnish as “ventilated front systems” the following material were applied: for facing of walls - composite panels “Alukobest”, for socle – ceramic-granite plates, and only to facing of walls of two top floors of designed extension - high-quality float-glass.
